Vuelta Washed is among the most elegant expressions in this auction: crystalline, high-toned, precisely structured. The sheltered topography reduces wind stress, extending the ripening cycle and producing cherries with uncommon density of flavor. The washed process removes everything except the terroir itself and what remains is extraordinary.
