El Burro is our southernmost estate, on the skirts of the Barú Volcano. Micro-terroir #15 ripens ahead of Elida's calendar, and the dark-room finish holds that ripeness intact, deep red fruit, cacao and a full, generous body. The most expressive introduction to the El Burro character in this auction.
