Lot Description
LUITO GEISHA ESTATE is the most-northern coffee farm of Boquete and it is partially inside the La Amistad International Park, a World Heritage Site (1 of only 223 natural WHS in the entire planet), indicating that this is one of the most biodiverse sites in the world.
The same can be said for the biodiversity of yeasts, fungi, bacteria and micro-organisms that surround the plantation which differentiate the cup profile. One of a total four lots were produced this year.
Rare, unique, exclusive lot. The process was a hand-washed process, where the pulp was removed and washed by hand, and sun-slow dried in raised beds. Resting for this lot began on the 14th of March, 2023.
