VUELTA lot is the highest elevation with full production at Elida Estate. Like Aguacate lot, it is located inside the Baru Volcano National Park (BVNP). For this lot the cherries are hand-washed. This lot is Dark-Room dried with a controlled humidity and temperature. Resting for this lot began on the 1st of March 2023.
