Lot Description
TORRE is a multiple times BOP champion. This lot is located inside the mountains of Elida Estate with an amazing sun exposure. The process was special and unique: it was anaerobically fermented using our own proprietary innovation, the Reactor Fermenter (RF), a sealed Stainless-Steel, and constantly rotating tank, thereby evenly distributing the Natural Yeast (NY) or must over the fruits for 144 hours. Sun dried in raised beds. Resting for this lot began on the 10th of February, 2023
