Lot Description
VUELTA lot is the highest elevation with full production at Elida Estate. Like Aguacate lot, it is located inside the Baru Volcano National Park. (BVNP).
Anaerobic fermentation for 3 days in sealed plastic bags , sun-dried slowly in raised beds. Resting for this lot began on the 28th of February 2023.
