Lot Description
AGUACATE lot, like VUELTA lot, it is fully located inside the Baru Volcano National Park (BVNP). The fruits did not go through any fermentation, and went straight to the raised beds after harvest, and was then slow-sun dried. Resting for this lot began on the 1st of March 2023.
