Luito the northen-most estate of Boquete .Washed Geisha is a study in restraint. The bajareque — a near-constant dry-season mist off the Continental Divide — slows ripening to an extreme degree. Fermentation is brief and clean, letting terroir rather than process speak. At 1,930 meters, temperature swings that would stress most varieties give Geisha an aromatic intensity impossible to replicate anywhere else.
