Three of Elida's highest micro-terroirs: Aguacatillo, Vuelta Centro and Aguacate Centro, harvested the same day and processed together as an anaerobic natural blend, the only blended Elida lot in the auction. Rather than averaging the three terroirs, the combination creates a composite profile none could produce alone, a coffee made possible only by the physical proximity of three extraordinary places on the same volcano.
