At 2,075 meters, Geisha trees slow to a pace few farms ever experience. The extended ripening cycle concentrates flavor in every cherry. This washed lot was fermented at altitude, cool temperatures lengthen fermentation and deepen aromatic development, then dried on raised beds before a slow finish in the Dark Room. A washed coffee with a depth and intensity few in the world approach.
